What we do

A custom system is the application where the company’s process runs. It brings into a single set of records what is now spread across spreadsheets, messages and folders, and organizes the work in stages, each with an owner, a deadline and what must be approved before it moves forward.

Each person sees what they are responsible for and changes only what their role allows, and every change goes into the history with author and date. Clients, suppliers and partners follow progress and send documents through a portal connected to the same records. When the company sells through the system, the price list and exceptions are stored in it, and the company can edit them itself.

The system connects to the ERP, accounting and payment provider the company already uses, and the contents of the spreadsheets are imported and checked before going live. It fits a company that still manages its work in spreadsheets, and one whose legacy system no longer keeps up with its operations.

The website is built in code, with pages that load fast on a phone and that search engines can read. Along with it, the company receives an admin panel where the team creates and edits pages, projects and news items without touching the code, with role-based permissions and a history of every change.

The design is made for the business, load time is measured on phone and computer, and every page has a title, description and structured data for search. The contact form has bot protection, and the site can have versions in more than one language.

In a platform switch, every address on the current site is listed, and each one stays where it is or redirects to the closest page, so the company keeps the search rankings it already has. It fits a company whose website is slow or hard to change.

The app brings the process to people who work outside the office. It is built for iOS and Android from a single codebase, published in the Apple and Google stores under accounts in the company’s name and connected to its system. If the company does not have a system yet, it is built along with the app.

Screens are designed for one-handed use. Access is by fingerprint or face recognition, photos and videos are compressed on the device before upload, and notifications alert the person when something is waiting on them. When the work calls for it, the app works without a signal and syncs when the connection returns. Every release goes through automated tests, and we handle store review and updates.

It fits when the work depends on the camera, notifications or biometrics, or when the mobile website does not serve the routine of people on the street, in the field or at the counter.

The integration connects the company’s WhatsApp number to its system through Meta’s official API. Every message received or sent is saved in the person’s record with its delivery and read status, and the team handles conversations from the system.

Messages the company sends on its own initiative use templates approved by Meta, and a bulk send shows beforehand how many people will receive it and retries what fails. Each person’s consent is recorded, and anyone who opts out stops receiving messages. A reply can open a task, update a record or bring in an agent, and people who do not reply on WhatsApp can receive the message by e-mail or SMS.

It fits a company that serves or notifies clients over WhatsApp and cannot tell today who was notified, who replied and what was said.

Automation hands the system the repetitive tasks that now depend on someone remembering, copying data from one screen to another or checking two reports against each other. Each routine starts at a scheduled time, on an event in the system or when a file arrives, and leaves a record of what it did.

Data from the bank, the ERP and spreadsheets is matched under rules defined with the company, and whatever does not match is set aside for a person to review. Results go to other systems and to government agencies when an API or a digital certificate is available. In a panel, the company sees what ran and what failed and reprocesses a run with no risk of a duplicate entry. If a routine does not run at its scheduled time, the team is alerted.

It applies to processes that are already in a system and repeat under clear rules, such as reconciliations, mailings, billing and filings with government agencies.

AI models take on the reading and answering tasks that use up the team’s time today: extracting the fields of a contract or an invoice, finding information across thousands of files by subject, answering the most common questions on the company’s channels and carrying out operations in the system at someone’s request.

Each result shows which passage of the document it came from and is checked by a person before it is saved, and the system stores what the model read, what it suggested and who confirmed it. Each application has a daily cost limit, and the model is evaluated on a sample of the company’s own documents before it goes into use. Depending on the type of data, the model is hosted by a provider or installed in the company’s account.

It requires the information to be digital and already organized in a system.

The infrastructure the company’s systems run on is built and maintained as code: servers, networks, databases, access and backups. The development, staging and production environments match each other and can be rebuilt, audited and changed under control.

Each part of the system runs under its own identity with only the permissions it needs, passwords and keys are kept in a vault, and personal data is encrypted. Public-facing addresses have a web application firewall and request rate limits. Monitoring centralizes logs, alerts on budget, error loops and unusual permission changes, and contains the resource reversibly when the risk is critical.

It serves a company that set up its cloud piece by piece and cannot reproduce it, one that wants to control cost, and one that has to answer security questionnaires from its clients, with the documentation they ask for.

Site measurement shows which ad generated each lead and each sale. Form submissions, WhatsApp clicks, checkout starts and purchases reach Google Ads as conversions, and the server reports the sale when payment is confirmed, even if the person has already closed the page.

First we list the tools the site loads and what each one stores. The consent banner and the privacy policy then name each one, and nothing from Google loads before the visitor accepts. Each conversion is tested until it shows up in the ads account, and the accounts are held in the company’s name.

It serves a company that spends on ads and cannot connect that spend today to the clients it brought in.
